PEP Badgework: Make two dairy foods, pt. 2, Pistachio Milk

My mother-in-law is great, but when she visits she often has to leave the stuff she’s brought, and that tends to include nuts. I have had a bag of pistachios lying around for a bit, and figured this would be a good use for the second part of this BB.

I followed this recipe from SavorySpin, minus the salt as these nuts were salted.

It’s a very pretty drink, and tastes pretty okay. I’m not the biggest fan of pistachios so this is for the hubby. he seems to like it just fine!
